Judge Michael Barket Miami-Dade County Court is a Clown

In my opinion, this Judge is a disgrace.

I had a case in front of him and he was rude to both parties. Additionally, he didn’t follow the law.

Defendants failed to Meet & Confer, per procedural law, and the Discovery that was requested was mandated by law.

Yet… this Judge decided to rule based upon however he felt that moment.

Thankfully Defendants came to their senses after I told them that I would just sue them again in a higher court if necessary where we’d have a better chance of having a competent judge.

In my opinion, this “Judge” is pathetic and needs to be removed.

Additionally, did you see what he said about those with mental illness?

A judge is accused of dismissing mental illness. These lawyers want him off their cases.

In my opinion, this judge is a complete disgrace and I believe he’s a clown.
